With over 12 years of experience in managing properties across North and East Texas, he has developed a deep understanding of oil and gas rights and is known for his stewardship of the land. His expertise includes securing mineral rights for drilling projects, conducting title due diligence, and managing lease sustainability.

Denning holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Midwestern State University and an Associate degree from Vernon College. His skills extend to effective communication with mineral owners and handling administrative duties such as tracking costs and creating detailed land databases. Outside of work, Denning is a devoted family man and a passionate musician.
